“Sunday October 31 at 6 p.m., we give you an insider’s look at Whitehorse Brewery in Berlin, Pennsylvania. “

Whitehorse Brewing has been making beers in Berlin for over eight years.

“This is a tour of the small family-owned Whitehorse Brewing microbrewery,” said Graybill. “The tour shows the brewing process of Packsaddle Pale Ale, named after a famous Somerset County covered bridge.”

Owner George Walker said Whitehorse offers 80 different styles of beer and produces about 400 barrels or 12,400 gallons each year.

“I kind of monitor variety trends and try to come up with unique things when we can,” Walker said in a previous interview.

“All of these programs can be watched on demand with PCN Select, PCN’s streaming service.”

Whitehorse sells to about 200 different suppliers and does not pasteurize or use preservatives.

Walker said customers can generally expect to pick up a case at Mostoller’s Fuel & Food, Beer Barn, Sarnelli’s Market or the Diamond in Berlin.

It employs approximately 10 part-time and two full-time employees and has a valve room in Washington.
