A luxury spa hotel in the middle of the countryside near Somerset has been transformed and is now a wonderful haven for families with young children.

Woolley Grange near Bradford on Avon, a stone’s throw from Bath, offers special children’s menus, plenty of activities to keep them occupied and babysitters on call at night.

A young mum from Somerset, Julie Brennan, says it’s the best place in the area for families with young children, she has joined the spa and takes her children swimming almost every day.

She said: “The Woolley Barn is beautiful and in a stunning location, with lots to do and explore.

“If you have young children, this is the perfect place to go because everything is designed to make life easier for parents.

“The food is delicious and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

“The kids have a great time and love the indoor pool and playroom.

We have stayed several times and have now become members…highly recommended.”

Outside there is plenty to do on the farm, collect the eggs from the chickens, feed the ducks, take care of the farm animals and tractors.

It’s hard work, the youngsters will be very tired at the end of the day.
